Disposable Bed Pads / Incontinence
Disposable bed pads, otherwise knows as underpads or chux, are used for protecting a mattress from diaper changes. Bed pads can be used for baby or adult diaper changes. Additional uses include mattress protection for individuals with occasional loss of bladder control and against diaper leakage for patients with incontinence.
Bedpads have a blue plastic waterproof layer on the outside and a soft absorbent material that is comfortable to the touch on the inside. Bed pads or underpads for incontinence are ideal for surface protection and are extremely helpful to anyone using diapers regularly. They make these potentially difficult situations manageable.
